The annual transition from summer to fall was once again done in glorious fashion. The transition of the "Quaking Aspen". Range in color from green to gold to orange to red. It is worth the day trip to see the brilliant colors as they are set against the deep blue skies, this is truly one of the best sights to experience in Colorado, and it's free. Plan on making the trip a must see next year as the leaves are all gone.
